Longer assignments need more than a room: a whole apartment with a kitchen, a private bathroom and space to unwind after the job site. Our contractor apartments in Bamberg are fully furnished, central and offered at weekly rates – including a proper VAT invoice.
Own kitchen & private bathroom
After a 12-hour shift, cook for yourself, shower in peace, your own four walls – no shared bathroom, no guesthouse standard. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and tableware.
Weekly & monthly rates
Lower per-night cost than hotel rates, with an extra discount from seven nights. For multi-week or multi-month projects we arrange tailored packages.
VAT invoice in your company's name
A proper invoice showing German VAT is the default – ready for accounting. For multiple apartments or rooms, a combined invoice on request.
Apartment instead of a room – when does it pay off?
For a single tradesperson a contractor room with a private bathroom is often enough. But if you stay longer, travel as a pair or want to cook in the evening, a whole apartment is clearly better: more space, a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen and privacy. That's exactly what our contractor apartments are for.

From how many nights is there a weekly rate?+
From seven nights the weekly rate applies, with a discount over the daily price. For stays over four weeks, ask us about custom monthly packages.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?+
Yes, that's the default. Enter your company details at booking and you'll receive a VAT invoice by email after check-out – ready for your accounting.
Is there parking for company vehicles?+
TB 5 includes a dedicated underground parking space. For additional vehicles there are public car parks nearby – for large vans, please ask in advance.
Can several contractors stay together?+
Yes. We have several units in the same building – ideal for teams, with a combined invoice on request. For more than three units, please enquire directly.
