Why our rooms beat most alternatives for contractors
Classic Monteurswohnungen are often unrenovated, on the outskirts and with shared bathrooms – cheap, but no fun after 12 hours on site. Hotels in the city centre are comfortable but too expensive at daily rates for longer stays. We sit exactly in between: boarding-house standard with hotel quality, at fair weekly prices.
Each of our FLS rooms has been freshly renovated, is bright, with its own bathroom, smart TV and 200 Mbit/s Wi-Fi. You stay right in central Bamberg, walking distance from every restaurant and brewery – after a long day that's a lot more pleasant than an industrial estate with a forced car commute. Early check-in by arrangement if you arrive early or come back late from site.
What the weekly rate includes
Included: the room with private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning (more often on request), washing machine on site (self-service).
Not included: breakfast, half board or full board – but bakeries, supermarkets and several excellent brewery pubs are right around the corner. You'll find a kettle and coffee maker in the room, so a quick to-go breakfast is no problem.

From how many nights does the weekly rate apply?+
From 7 nights onwards the weekly rate applies, with a discount over the daily price. For stays longer than 4 weeks, contact us for individual conditions.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?+
Yes, that's the default. Enter your company details at booking and you'll receive an invoice showing German VAT by email after check-out – ready for your accounting.
Can more than one person stay in a room?+
Our FLS rooms are designed for 2 people. If you come as a team, simply book multiple rooms – they're all in the same building at Franz-Ludwig-Straße 5b.
Is there parking for company vehicles?+
Streets around us are resident-permit zones. Several public car parks are within reach (Stadtgalerie ~5 min, Atrium ~7 min). For large vans, please ask in advance and we'll find a workable solution.
How are the rooms cleaned during longer stays?+
Standard is a weekly clean with fresh linen and towels. If you'd like more frequent cleaning, you can add that for a surcharge.
